About Avesonus and founder Asif Khan
As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Avesonus Technology, Asif Khan brings over 18 years of experience across professional audio, acoustics, studio design, system integration and media performance environments.
With a background spanning sound engineering, audio education and technical system integration, he leads Avesonus with a strong focus on the relationship between acoustics, technology, architecture and the way people experience sound.
His expertise covers the design and engineering of recording studios, Dolby Atmos and immersive audio environments, podcast studios, home cinemas, post-production facilities and high-performance media spaces. His approach combines acoustic science, electroacoustic system design, architectural integration and practical construction expertise to create spaces that perform as intended—not simply spaces that look good.
At Avesonus, he oversees the technical direction of projects from initial acoustic assessment and modelling through system design, material selection, installation and commissioning. His work is guided by established international standards and industry best practices, while remaining grounded in real-world construction, performance and budget considerations.
Having also spent over a decade teaching audio and music production, he brings a strong emphasis on technical understanding, knowledge sharing and education. His philosophy is simple: great spaces are created when architecture, acoustics and technology are designed as one system.
